Buildings - related data of Austria
Emissions from the Austrian Buildings sector are mostly related to the consumption of natural gas and heating oil for space and domestic water heating. The consumption of both private household buildings and commercial buildings are considered.
As can be seen below, the two largest shares in buildings-sector energy use are however biomass and electricity.
